§ 34-155. Variances.

The city administrator may grant an applicant a variance of this article to permit construction noises otherwise prohibited under this article if, after notice and a hearing, the applicant proffers evidence from which the city council can reasonably conclude that compliance with this article would constitute an unreasonable hardship on either the applicant or the community.
