§ 90-131. Duty to provide information.

  • Users shall furnish to the department any available information that the department requests to determine whether cause exists for modifying, revoking and reissuing, or terminating a permit, to determine compliance with a permit, or to determine whether a permit is required. Users shall also, upon request, furnish to the department copies of any records required to be kept by a permit. The information and records requested by the department shall be provided by the user to the department within 24 hours of the request, unless an alternative time frame is specified by the department when making the request or unless the department allows additional time for the user to submit the requested information based on a showing by the user of good cause for any delay. The user's failure to submit the requested information to the department within 24 hours (or within any alternate time period approved by the department as provided by this section) shall constitute a violation of this article.
